With over 50 years teaching experience between them, the founders, Chris & Rachel Guest are committed to ensuring the camp is constantly evolving to reflect current trends and practices.

Our Staff
Central to creating the magic are our staff, they are handpicked to create a fantastic, friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Many have graduated from Camper to Coach.

CUB CAMP for 4-6 yrs
- Primary qualified teachers lead the fun
- We use a bespoke space, separate from the rest of the camp
- Flexible and fun timetable, including Sport, Crafts, Drama, Free Play and some built in down time for storytelling
- Activities designed around a weekly theme
- Encouragement to try lots of new things
CAMP WATERFORD for 7-14 yrs
- For children who enjoy a wide range of activities including Sport, Crafts, Drama and Music
- Groups organised by age
- Weekly themes that help shape the activities and broaden experience
- Focus on the development of friendships and core values. Central to this are the values of fairness, honesty, respect and kindness
- We celebrate Campers who demonstrate these values
- House rewards and tournament play
SPORTS ACADEMY for 13-17 yrs
- For anybody who loves playing sport.
- Play the sports you already know and try something new.
- We encourage participation for all, challenge and the development of self-confidence, leadership skills, resilience, respect, empathy and responsibility.
- We encourage potential leaders to adjudicate and organise tournaments, coach peers or younger campers, plan and deliver activity sessions and use our ‘review and reflect process’ for personal development.
- Alongside all this activity we provide opportunities for health and well-being, relaxation, mindfulness…. looking after body and mind
